Return & Exchange Policy

* If you wish to exchange or return a product, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
* Exchange requests are not available during promotional offers.
* For returns, once we receive the product and confirm its condition, the refund will be processed within 5 business days from the date of your request.
* In both cases (exchange or return), the perfume must be returned in its original packaging, including the protective bubble wrap, exactly as delivered. This ensures the order is returned in proper condition to our representative.

* بالنسبة للاسترجاع، بعد استلام المنتج والتأكد من حالته، يتم تحويل المبلغ المستحق خلال 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ طلب العميل.
* في كلا الحالتين (الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع)، يجب أن يُعاد العطر في تغليفه الأصلي بما في ذلك البابلز المستخدم في الحماية، تمامًا كما تم تسليمه لمندوب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، لضمان وصول الطلب بحالته السليمة.
